She went OFF on “The View,” defending Queen Bey’s wins and slamming commentators who were crying foul.Apparently, some folks were salty that Beyoncé won Best Country Album and Album of the Year for “Cowboy Carter,” but Whoopi wasn’t about to let that slide.
